Which OLTs are compatible?

ZTE C600 series, Huawei MA5800 series, Nokia OLT7360 series, and most standard OLTs. Not compatible with FiberHome.

How to access web management?

Default IP: 192.168.11.1. Username: root, no password. Ensure your computer is in the same subnet.

Does it require active cooling?

The module runs warm but within spec (operating temp -40°C to 85°C). However, the included free heatsink + fan improves longevity, especially in high-density switches or enclosed spaces.

Can I ugrade firmware?

Yes! The 8311 firmware is pre-installed in both flash banks. You can upgrade via the web interface or UART. Community support is available on pon.wiki.
